Registration and Fees

Information

The registration fee covers: a conference package, coffee breaks, conference lunch and conference welcome dinner on November 17th. It will also contribute to covering publication costs for a RADH 2023 collective volume.

Registration form

All in-person participants should make sure they register and pay the conference fee by October 30th

Online presenters should register by November 5th.

Cancelation policy:

Registration refunds are not possible due to payment arrangements that do now allow extraction of funds from the account indicated for bank transfer of the conference fee (i.e. we use the University Foundation account to finance this conference).

In case of a person not being able to attend in person, as initially planned, we would require a recording of the Powerpoint presentation to be sent in advance so that we do not interfere with the official program. At the same time, this ensures participation in the selection process for a paper publication.
